The craft

We choose crepes, chiffons and satins in the UAE by hand and by eye: how heavy they hang, how they move, how they hold their colour. Then the work slows down. Beads, braid and fabric flowers are set by hand, one stitch at a time, so no two pieces are ever quite the same.
